Common questions
Before you write, check if your question is in our FAQ. The most asked ones are about how the scan works, how true it is, and how we handle your photo. The FAQ is on the home page near the bottom. If your question is not in the FAQ, send us a note. We are happy to help.
For press and partners
If you write for a blog or a news site, or if you want to work with us, use the same email and add Press or Partner in the subject. We will get back to you fast. We are open to talks with eye docs, lens makers, and folks who want to use our tool in a new way.
For privacy and data
If you have a question about your data, your photo, or your privacy, use the same email and add Privacy in the subject. We take these notes very serious. You can also read our privacy policy and cookie policy pages. They explain in plain words what we do with your data and your photo.
Feedback and ideas
We love feedback. If you have an idea for a new feature, a new guide page, or a better way to show the report, send it our way. We read all ideas and we add the best ones to our plan. Some of the best parts of this site came from user notes. The iris reading section, the eye beauty note, and the face shape read all came from user ideas.
Bug reports
If the site is slow, the scan fails, or the report looks wrong, please tell us. Add the type of device, the browser, and what you did step by step. A screen shot helps a lot. We fix bugs fast. Most are fixed in a day or two.
