How true the scan is

Our AI is good but not perfect. It can slip on bad photos, rare colors, or eyes with colored lenses. The report is a best guess based on the photo you give. We do not promise it is 100 percent true.

If the result looks wrong, try a new photo in soft day light with no flash. Or read the eye color chart and pick the shade your self.

• AI can slip on dark or blurry photos.
• AI can slip on rare colors like gray or violet.
• Colored lenses can fool the AI.
• Glare on the iris can fool the AI.
• The report is a best guess, not a sure thing.

Eye color can change

Eye color can look different in different light. It can also change a bit as you grow old, or with some meds, or with some illnesses. Our scan shows the color at the time of the photo. It can not tell what your eye color was in the past or will be in the future.

If your eye color changes fast, with pain or a change in sight, see an eye doc right away.

No promise of up time

We try to keep the site up and fast. But things break. Servers go down. We can not promise the site will be up all the time. We can not promise the scan will always work.

If the site is down or the scan fails, try again later. If the problem stays, use the contact page and tell us.

Ads and third party links

We may show ads on the guide pages. The ads come from third parties. We do not run the ads our selves. We try to pick ads that fit our topic, but we can not check each ad in depth.

If you click an ad, you leave our site. We are not in charge of the third party site. We are not liable for what you find there.

Limits of liability

We are not liable for any harm that comes from using our site. The site is free and you use it at your own risk. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Kids and teens

Our tool is safe for kids and teens. The scan is just a photo read. No flash, no test, no touch. But we ask that a grown up help a kid with the photo and the upload.

We do not ask for the age of the user. We do not keep photos. So there is no kid data to worry about.
